Introducing Fikra Nano 1B

Introducing Fikra Nano 1B, our ternary weight AI model. Nano 1B is fine tuned from TII UAE's Falcon E 1B Base - a base model for ternary weight infrastructure. The ternary weight infrastructure is based off of Microsoft's work in bitnet architecture and models - a revolutionary way of building LLMs that tackles the LLM problems from hardware by using 1, 0 and -1 as its weights meaning no need for complex matrix multiplications, just addition and subtraction.
