How does the 12-Month Earnings Window work?
You earn a 20% commission on the platform fees generated by a referred merchant for exactly 365 days from the moment they create their Lacesse Duka account. After 12 months, commissions for that specific merchant cease.
Why are my funds locked for 28 days?
To protect our ecosystem from fraud and chargebacks, all earned commissions are held in a "Pending" state for 28 days. If the end-customer refunds the transaction during this window, the commission is cancelled. Once 28 days pass, the funds unlock and are ready for withdrawal.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
You can request an M-Pesa payout as soon as your "Unlocked" balance reaches KES 1,000.
Can I use my own link to sign up my business?
No. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Attempting to use your own affiliate link to secure a discount on your own Lacesse Duka fees will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Partner Network.
